Great Resturant

I found a great resturant that we went to for my birthday. It is called Piazza Sorento and is in Hershey. (this is their website) They have tons of Italian Gluten Free Meals from Pizza to Pasta and more. It is a great resturant. The link I have here shows their whole gluten free menu plus information on where to find it.

Volcano Nachos

Volcano Nachos About the Dish: I came up with the Idea or a Gluten Free Nacho Volcano through a Dinosaur study my brothers are working on. I tried to make this recipe Gluten Free, Yeast Free, and Malt free, I knew this would be a challenge so that is why I listed the brand name so it would be easier to find for people wishing to create this meal. I would like to give a special thanks to Dana Zamolyi from Kitchen Corner at Giant Food Stores specifically for the Meat Seasoning.

Meat: Cook Meat on Medium Low until fully cooked and then add in the seasoning. Meat should take about 15-20 min to heat on a medium temperature.

Meat: Ground Turkey
Seasoning for Meat: Thanks to Dana Zamolyi
